Greg began his affordable housing career after graduating from Temple University with a Bachelor of Science in Community and Regional Development. The issue of affordable housing for moderate to low-income individuals became Greg’s focus during an internship with Philadelphia’s City Council. During his time interning with City Council, Greg was exposed to the issues surrounding balancing steady city development with the city’s supply of affordable housing.
Greg has worked successfully with affordable housing finance tools, including LIHTC, Public Housing capital funds, and Affordable Housing Program funds of the Federal Home Loan Bank system.
In his free time, Greg volunteers with organizations that focus on addressing food insecurity and inclusive development in Philadelphia. Greg’s career goals include addressing the issues surrounding inclusive development, workforce equality, and healthy city planning.
