Golf and real estate go together like Bert and Ernie, so what better place for a gathering than at the US Open in Ardmore over the weekend?
Pictured in their golf outing best: Rittenhouse Realty Advisors’ Corey Lonberger, Ken Wellar, Mark Duszak, Robert Marzullo, Doug Emrich, and Steve Miceli. They didn’t just attend the Open, but were at the 7th & 8th holes, where the company set up two hospitality houses.
Ken tells us that over 400 CRE pros dropped by to get a close-up of the action.
It was a nice breather for the firm, which has 25 deals listed, pending contract, or under contract (including the Diamond Green, above). They mostly focus on multifamily, including student housing, market-rate apartments, approved apartment land opportunities, affordable housing, and mixed-used projects. “Our pipeline of deals closing in Q3 and Q4 will be large this year,” Ken says.
About Diamond Green: Rittenhouse recently took the 92-unit, mid-rise building to market—it’s located near Temple University’s varsity football practice facility. The modular-constructed property is the only student housing complex near Temple that was built for students with single-occupancy rooms. (Privacy is a word college students seldom know.)
