Investment Overview

Rittenhouse Realty Advisors (“RRA”) extends to qualified investors the opportunity to acquire the fee simple interest in The Lofts at 620 Corson, a 31 unit contemporary mid-rise apartment building situated at 620 Corson Street in Norristown, Pennsylvania. This adaptive reuse building has a rich history. Originally called the Quaker City Shirt Factory, it was built in 1878 for the manufacture of T-shirts. The department store Wanamaker and Brown of Philadelphia ran the shirt factory until the death of William H. Wanamaker in 1903 when Harry B. Tyson became the president of the factory and subsequently renamed the building Tyson Shirt Co. The property housed several different businesses up until 2005 when the current owners renovated the property, and under new management in March 2013, converted the property into The Lofts at 620 Corson.
