RRA celebrates 1 year anniversary with new hires and a larger space
Rittenhouse Realty Advisors celebrates one year in business this month, having closed twenty-five transactions and represented over $250,000,000 in exclusive listings for their clients in their first twelve months. The company recently moved from the thirteenth floor in 8 Penn Center to a larger suite on the second floor in the same building. The new suite includes 6,500 square feet of office space to accommodate the notable growth the team has experienced in the last few months.
The Rittenhouse Realty team has doubled since the company’s inception. “We have a great mix of young talent as well as experienced agents that make RRA a great thing to be a part of,” noted Corey Lonberger, Managing Partner.
Recent additions include Vincent Tagliente, who brings 20+ years of experience in the Philadelphia multi-family market. Chris Egan, who has a background in investment and development sales, moved to Rittenhouse Realty over the summer. Avishy Peled, who joined the team in October, has over a decade of experience in sales and multi-family leasing. Luke DeLuca, a recent graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, was brought on in October as well to work out of the firm’s Manhattan office on multi-family and mixed-use projects throughout the five boroughs. Robert Marzullo, who spent the past year doing financial underwriting for RRA, is now a licensed real estate agent in Pennsylvania and focusing on the Montgomery County multi-family market. Stepping into the Marketing and Financial Analyst role is Shaun Pudles, who spent the last several years as an account executive at a full service title company, providing services for commercial and residential real estate throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey. The firm also brought in two additional support staff.
Weller and Lonberger, who founded the company last February, are focused on building on the momentum of the last year. “We are thankful to all of our clients that made this success possible and are excited for RRA’s future growth and expansion into new markets,” stated Ken Wellar, Managing Partner.
